My thoughts
Tickled Pink is a gorgeous warm toned pink or in other words a dusty pink. I think it’s your safe bet if you haven’t been able to pick any shade from the range because it appears very natural and would compliment fair to medium skin tones the most. I think this shade would be perfect to pair up with smokey or warm-toned eyeshadows. The formula is non-sticky yet quite rich. It offers good pigmentation and plumps up my lips with one quick swipe. I wouldn’t suggest coating multiple times as it possibly will dip into your lip lines hence make them prominent. This reminds me of NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss (one of my favorites) so I don't consider it to be a major issue. Remember, moderate application is the key.

As you unlock the tube, you can appreciate a yummy coconut-y scent which is hardly discernible after application. Also, it’s absolutely flavorless! I don’t think it appears super glossy, which is a good thing as it makes it very wearable during the day time. It conditions my lip pretty well and makes them look fuller. Another plus point is the shimmer; it’s extremely fine and scattered and this was the reason why I went for Glazewear shine in the first place. It wears fairly well for about one and a half hour without eating/drinking which in my case is a bit more than what I get from most of my lip glosses. If given a chance, the applicator would be something I'd like to change. It sort of feels harsh as it sweeps across my lip, perhaps the cushion is lacking. Also, the packaging looks a bit cheap.

To sum up, I believe Glazewear Lip Glosses definitely deserve a shot. It might not be all-perfect but it's good enough in terms of pigmentation and wear. I personally would get these on half-price sale.

You might like it if...
  • You expect good pigmentation
  • You expect it to be non-sticky
  • You're looking for a lip gloss that lasts for over an hour
  • You expect it to have no scent or flavor
  • You expect it to moisturize your lips
  • You are happy about the wide range of shades
You might not like it if...
  • You feel the wand is harsh/lacks the cushion
  • You apply too much and it settles into the lip lines
  • You think the price is a bit steep
My rating
3.5/5

AVON Glazewear Lip Gloss is priced PKR 950 and can be purchased online from Wishlist.
